As soon as you have confirmed the date of your party or event, we highly recommend that you book your reservation.
We require a $50 e-transfer deposit to secure your date and inflatable choice. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery cash/ e-transfer.
Bookings can be made through the contact portion of our website, through Instagram or Facebook.
We will deliver, and set up the unit prior to your rental start time. The inflatable(s) will be throughly inspected and a review of any usage instructions will be given. Remaining balance will be collected after set up.
A level grassy area is required for outdoor events. We ask that you clean up and clear the area prior to setup. Sandbags will be used to anchor the inflatables for indoor events.
For safety reasons the inflatables cannot be set up if there is any rain or high winds. If the weather does not cooperate on the day of the event we will contact you the morning of any possible cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, we will do our best to reschedule if possible or give a full refund of any payment that has been made.
Our inflatables hold a maximum weight of 700lbs. As a guideline we recommend...
ages 2 to 5 .. 8-10 children
ages 6 to 8 .. 6-8 children
ages 8 to 10 .. 5-7 children
ages 10 to 15 .. 4-5 children
Children must be similar sized while using the inflatables at the same time to avoid injury.
They are cleaned and sanitized after every use which includes disinfecting and vacuuming.
